The applicant has approached this court praying for temporary bail on medical ground. Perusal of reply filed on behalf of the respondent-state, reveals that, the applicant has been provided all the treatment in the Jail Hospital as well as in the Government Medical College and Hospital, Nagpur.

In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the present application. Criminal Application is rejected.
