The learned counsel for the applicant/ appellant seeks stay to the execution of the award passed in M.A.C.P. No. 113/2013 dated 13.08.2018. The Claims Tribunal has awarded total compensation to the tune of Rs.6,95,400/- along with interest to be recovered from the opponent, who is owner of uninsured vehicle. It is a case relating to death of a young boy.

As and by way of an interim arrangement,

Order 2811ca3881.18 the execution of the impugned award is stayed subject to condition that the appellant deposits 50% of the entire amount of compensation with this Court, within a period of four weeks from today.
