The present application is filed for incorporation of names of legal representatives of original appellant/Shri Vijay Narayanrao Mate, who admittedly is no more, in the judgment dated 17.06.2022 passed in First Appeal No.640/2012.

The learned counsel for the appellant relied on the order of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Spacial Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.10924 of 2024 dated 10.05.2024, wherein a permission to correct the record of First Appeal is granted. 4.

The record further shows that this Court, vide order dated 12.09.2024, had already granted permission to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased Vijay by condoning the delay and setting aside the abatement. 5.

In view of the same, the names of aforesaid legal nd.thawre

representatives of the appellant be incorporated in the cause title of the judgment dated 17.06.2022.

Corrected copy of the judgment be uploaded accordingly.
