It is seen from the record that present appeal has been decided on merits by judgment dated 30/04/2024. Accordingly, as per the directions of this Court, the appellants have deposited the decreetal amount.

By this application, the permission is sought to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellants with the Registry of this Court.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed. The applicants/claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount alongwith interest accrued thereon. 4.
