We have considered the prayers. The order impugned itself indicates that the aggrieved party may approach the Deputy Director of Land Records under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. That being so, the petitioner has alternative and equally efficacious remedy, which the petitioner may avail.
