For the reasons stated in C.A.W. No.2562 of 2016, the prayer is granted and the order dismissing the petition against the respondent no.3 is set aside subject to payment of costs of Rupees Five Hundred to the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur within one week.

Both the civil applications are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

The amendment to the cause title should be carried out within one week from the date of payment of the costs. If the costs are paid and the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the respondent no.3, returnable on 12.01.2017.
