By this Application, the Appellant has sought leave to file Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 21st July 2018 delivered by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Wardha in Sessions Case No. 30 of 2017, whereby acquitting the Accused for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.
