For the reasons stated in the application, the petitioners are permitted to serve the respondent No.9-C by publishing the notice in daily "Lokmat" having wide circulation in Nagpur area. The notice, which will be published, shall state that the matter will be taken up for final hearing on 14th January, 2016.

The petitioners shall take necessary steps in the matter till 19th December, 2015, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed against the respondent No.9-C. The civil application is disposed of in the above terms.
