DATED : 5-12-2024 The petitioners were directed to deposit costs of Rs. 10,000/- with the Registry and thereupon the costs was to be paid to the Vidarbha Lady Lawyers Association, Nagpur. The petitioners, however, has issued cheque in favour of Vidarbha Lady Lawyers Association, Nagpur. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that cheque has been deposited with the Registry but is drawn in favbour of Vidarbha Lady Lawyers Association, Nagpur, which may be treated as compliance of order dated 13-11-2024 passed by this Court. The request, being reasonable, is accepted. Ultimately, costs was to be remitted to the Vidarbha Lady Lawyers Association,
