For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

Misc. Civil Application St. No. 21569 of 2015 Perused the application. It is submitted that though the petitioners made attempts to remove office objections, the same could not be removed within stipulated period due to inadvertence and if time granted, the petitioners would remove the office objections within shortest possible time.

In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed subject to removal of office objections within two weeks from today.
