The applicant is arrested in Crime No.193/2025 dated 09.05.2025 registered by non-applicant police station, Deulgaon Raja, District Buldhana for offence under Sections 140(2), 140(3), 308(5), 309(4), 126(2) 351(2) (3), 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
2) It is the case of the prosecution that on 08.05.2025, when the informant Jayesh Pradip Minase was proceeding on his motorcycle, he was intercepted by Black Colour Scorpio Car, near Ramane Complex, Deulgaon Raja, by unknown persons who were three in number. They took his motorcycle keys, forced him to enter into their car and by threatening him with a knife, demanded Rs. One Crore. However, the informant arranged Rs. Two Lakhs from his friend-Uday Girniwakle, and paid sum of Rs.98,000/- by Phone Pe. They also took his mobile handset and cash of Rs.
2 / 3 39-ba 1219-25 2,000/-. Accordingly, the First Information Report was registered.

The learned counsel for the applicant has stated that this applicant is one of the compounder of the victim. The alleged role played by this applicant is that he has given location of the victim. The name of this applicant is not mentioned. Only compounder has given the location as stated by one of the accused. The victim is having two compounders and there was conversation with one of the compounder and between one of the accused. This applicant was on leave prior to two days of the incident. As his name is not mentioned, the accused who has kidnapped the victim is released on bail. Hence, prayed to release this applicant on bail.
4. Learned APP has opposed the application stating that he has given the location and thereafter, the crime is committed. Considering the role, prayed to reject the application.
5. Heard both the sides and perused the record.
6. The applicant's name is not mentioned. It is the story of the prosecution that, three persons came and stopped his motorcycle and took him in the car. One of the compounder has given the location. The victim has two compounders and name of this applicant has stated by one of the accused. Only on the suspicion, he is arrested. Investigation is completed and charge-sheet is also filed. There is no reason
3 / 3 39-ba 1219-25 to keep the applicant behind bar. Accordingly, I pass the following order:
i) The Criminal application is allowed.
ii) Applicant - Rahul Laxman Watpal be released on bail in Crime No.193/2025 dated 09.05.2025 registered by non-applicant police station, Deulgaon Raja, District Buldhana for offence under Sections 140(2), 140(3), 308(5), 309(4), 126(2) 351(2) (3), 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with solvent surety in the like amount before the trial Court. iii] The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.
iv] The applicant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.
v] The applicant shall co-operate the learned trial judge in the conduct of the trial.

The Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.
