At the time of hearing of the writ petition, Shri Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the petitioners in Writ Petition No. 5911/2015 had submitted that the petitioners had not participated in the tender. However, if the petitioners in the said writ petition - applicants herein have participated in the tender, there is no need to make any modification in the order dated 7-12-2015 as the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 5868/2015 had not participated in the tender and the observations in regard to the nonparticipation would be referable to petitioner in Writ Petition No. 5868/2015 only.

In view of the aforesaid, the review application stands disposed of.
