DATED : 07.05.2025 Both these applications are filed for grant of permission to amend the petition. The present petition is filed challenging the seizure of his vehicle by Tahsildar, Yavatmal. During the pendency of this petition, the Tahsildar passed the order imposing penalty of Rs.23,433/-. Thereafter, the Sub Divisional Officer also passed the order thereby imposing penalty of Rs.4,76,000/-. The petitioner want to challenge both these orders and to bring on record subsequent events. As such, both the applications are allowed. 2.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within one week.

Amended copy be supplied to the learned AGP.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
