According to him, advertisement issued was not according to the legal parameters. In the aforesaid background, he has submitted a detail representation dated 13.08.2025 to the Principal Secretary, Cooperative Department, Mumbai.

In view of it, we direct that representation dated 13.08.2025 (Annexure-U) be decided within 10 days from today.
