Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.550/2018 registered by the non-applicant against two persons (including the applicant) for the offence punishable under Sections 354-A, 354-B, 451, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail.
The crime is registered on the complaint lodged by the victim (aged about 27 years) that when she was alone in her house on 8th September, 2018 at 8.30 p.m., co-accused Sunil entered the house and committed crime and when she raised hue and cry Sunil ran out and when she came out, she saw the applicant standing outside the house. According to the investigating agency, the applicant was keeping a watch and thus has facilitated the commission of crime.
2 aba720.18 Considering the fact that the applicant is aged about 66 years and the nature of accusations against the applicant, following order is passed:
In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.550/2018 registered by the non-applicant, the applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. bond for Rs.20,000/- . The application is allowed accordingly. JUDGE Tambaskar.
