The execution of the impugned award was stayed vide order dated 23.08.2024 subject to the condition that the appellant deposits the amount as per the impugned award within twelve weeks from the date of the said order. 2.

The amount was not deposited within stipulated period. However, now the entire amount has been deposited on 24.01.2025.

In view of the aforesaid, the interim order granted on 23.08.2024 stands confirmed.
