The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The protection is granted, in following terms, only for one week to enable the applicant to approach the Special Court.

In the even of arrest, till 22.02.2023, in Crime No.348/2022 registered with Police Station, Lonar, District Buldhana for an offence punishable under Sections 452, 324, 323, 504, 506, 143, 147, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2) (va) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities)
