Perused the review application and heard learned counsel for the applicant.

We do not find any error apparent on the face of record to invoke the review jurisdiction. Reopening of the entire proceeding is not permissible in such a jurisdiction. Hence, the review application stands dismissed with no order as to costs. It is however clarified that though the applicant was permitted to participate in the counselling round pursuant to the interim order, she was not admitted to the MBBS course. Paragraph 13 of the judgment dated 15.12.2022 stands clarified accordingly.
