This petition takes exception to the order dated 09.09.2024 passed by the learned School Tribunal, Nagpur, in M.A.No.02/2024.

By the order impugned, the learned School Tribunal, Nagpur, has allowed the application filed by the respondent for condonation of delay in filing appeal against the order of termination of his services from the post of Assistant Teacher.

I have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and perused the impugned order.

For the reasons recorded by the learned Tribunal in paragraph Nos.12 and 13 of the impugned order and in absence of any material to infer that the order of termination was served upon
