ATE : NOVEMBER 6 , 2023 In view of the remedy available under Section 155 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1958 (for short "the said Act") providing avenue for raising grievance against the Resolution passed by the Gram Sabha, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with a further liberty to avail such statutory remedy. 2] The Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Needless to state that any steps taken pursuant to the elections conducted on 26/7/2023 would be subject to the outcome of the proceedings under Section 155 of the said Act.
