Pursuant to the order dated 29/11/2023, the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Teosa passed the order dated 25/01/2024 in the wake of Rule 5(1) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Care and Maintenance of Case Property Animals) Rules, 2017.

02] In that view of the matter, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 25/01/2024 by filing appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Court.

03] In the wake of this, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty, as prayed for. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
