By this application, respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 are seeking directions to transfer the decretal amount deposited in the name of respondent No.2 Durgabai Yelayya Gandia, who is not alive. The appeal is already settled in the Lok-Adalat and disposed of. In the meanwhile, the respondent No.2 died and her share is to be apportioned between the rest of the respondents. The joint account is already opened in the name of respondent Nos.1, 3, and 4. Details of the account are furnished before the Court.

In view of that the amount of compensation Rs.1,30,000/- be apportioned between the respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 equally and be deposited in their joint account.
