NOVEMBER 13, 2024 Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that no time limit has been provided vide order dated 16.02.2024, passed by the learned 12th Joint Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nagpur, for production of the documents. Learned Advocate has also advanced submissions on merit, however I am not satisfied with the submissions on merit. In view of this, the writ petition is dismissed. 2.

The learned Magistrate is directed to ensure the compliance of the order dated 16.02.2024 within one month from today.
