DATED : 31-08-2016 The petitioner-employee invokes jurisdiction under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act complaining wilful disobedience of the order passed by the School Tribunal on 28-08-2014, by the respondents. The petitioner has not been vigilant in the matter and the petitioner can seek redressal of her grievance under Section 13 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977 and therefore, I am not inclined to entertain the contempt petition.

The petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy if advised. JUDGE adgokar
