The learned counsel for appellant submitted that the entire decreetal amount has already been deposited in this Court. In view of that the execution of impugned award is stayed till disposal of appeal.

In view of above, notice need not to be issued to respondents and the words, "Issue notice to respondents", appearing in paragraph No. 4 be deleted. Necessary corrections in order dated 21.11.2019 be carried out.
