Respondent No.5 herein has filed the appeal before respondent No.1 against the order of Additional Collector, Chimur.

By the order impugned, the respondent No.1 has stayed the order passed by the Additional Collector, Chimur.

The Division Bench of this Court by order dated 17.10.2024 in Writ Petition No.6240/2024 has already directed the respondent No.1 to decide the appeal in question within a period of three months. 5.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition against the interim order. The petition is dismissed.
