Mr. S. S. Hulke, learned A.G.P. waives notice for all the respondent Nos.1 to 6.

As the order proposed to be passed is innocuous, the notice to the respondent No.7 is dispensed with.

It is claimed that the issue canvassed is covered by the judgment delivered by the Aurangabad Bench in Writ Petition No.1913/2024 (Navnath Bhaskar Dive and Anr. Vs. The State of Maharashtra and Ors. with connected matters) decided on 30.08.2024.

As such, it is claimed that the petitioners are entitled for similar relief.

In this background, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition by directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners in the light of the aforesaid judgment. That being so, the consequential
