The application is for condonation of delay in filing the appeal, challenging the judgment and decree passed in Land Acquisition Case No.102/2012 by learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Link Court, Mehkar on 14.12.2016 since adequate compensation is not granted. Mr. Balpande, learned A.G.P. for non applicant nos.1 and 3 and Mr. Kadu, learned counsel for non applicant no.3, fairly submit that they have no objection for condonation of delay. Hence, the application is allowed and disposed of. Delay is hereby condoned. Office is directed to register the appeal.
