Date : 3 rd August, 2015 Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner, and the learned AGP for the non-applicant/respondent No.1. For the reasons stated in the Misc. Civil Application, the order dated 26-11-2014 is recalled and the writ petition is restored to file subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Bar Library within a period of one week. If the costs are paid and the writ petition is restored, issue notices to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 for hearing of the writ petition on merits.

The Misc. Civil Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
