By this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks a direction against the respondent no.3 to admit the petitioner in first year B.E. course on the vacant seat.

In view of the specific directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court that the students should not be admitted to the educational institutions after the cut off date and since the cut off date has expired long back, we dismiss the Writ Petition, with no order as to costs.
