The present petition was dismissed on 22.09.2025, as a consequence of which the order of reinstatement with continuity of service and back-wages passed in favour of respondent came to be confirmed. 2.

Present application is filed seeking extension of interim order dated 30.03.2023 passed in the present petition whereby further proceedings in Criminal ULP No.13 of 2023 were stayed. Although the learned Advocate for the respondent strongly opposes the prayer, since interim order is operating for a period of around two and half years, the interim order dated 30.03.2023 is extended up to 30.11.2025.
