The respondent Nos.2 and 3 have filed this application to release the share of respondent Nos. 1 and 4 in favour of respondent Nos.2 and 3 the Power of Attorney Holder.

The learned Counsel for the appellant has stated that the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are daughter and son of the deceased. The respondent Nos.1 and 4 have given the Power of Attorney to respondent Nos.2 and 3.

As the appeal is disposed of the direction is given to the Registry to release the amount in the account of respondent Nos.2 and 3 at the earliest.

The application stands disposed of.
