This petition takes exception to the order dated 05-10-2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Khamgaon below Exhibit-14 in Hindu Marriage Petition No.54/2023. ii.

The petitioner herein has filed the petition against the respondent herein under Section 11 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, for nullity of marriage.

iii.

By the order impugned, the learned trial Court has allowed the application filed by the respondent for maintenance pendente lite. iv.

By consent of the parties the order impugned is substituted by the following order.

v.

The petitioner shall pay Rs. 1500/- to the respondent towards travel expenses for each date of hearing subject to production of travel ticket/s.

vi.
