The petitioner-management has challenged the order passed by the School Tribunal on the preliminary issue. It is submitted that during pendency of the writ petition the appeal filed by the respondent-employee has been decided and therefore, the petition has become infructuous. The petition is disposed of accordingly. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
