After hearing some time we have expressed our non-inclination to accede prayer of quashing on account of settlement. At this juncture, learned Counsel appearing for applicant would submit that the applicant is behind bar since long and except one victim other have not levelled any allegations against him. He would submit that the applicant would suffer a lot due to mistaken identity. In the circumstances, he has requested us to direct the trial Court to expedite the matter and permit for withdrawal. 2.

Applicant is a Teacher and behind bars since his arrest. Having regard to the above fact the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and decide the same as early as possible within six months from today. Application stands disposed of since withdrawn with above observations.
