By this civil application, the applicants/petitioner Nos.1 and 4 seek a direction against the respondents to deposit the amount of provisional monthly pension of the applicants in their bank account. Shri Kasat, the learned counsel for the respondent No.2, states that in any case, either the applicants or the persons authorized by them would be required to sign the pay roll before releasing the provisional monthly pension to them and when they approach the respondents for signing the pay roll, the cheques would be handed over to them.

The method sought to be adopted by the respondents appears to be just and reasonable. Hence, we dispose of the civil application with permission to the applicants/petitioner Nos.1 and 4 to receive the cheques while they sign the pay roll, either personally or through their authorized agent.
