On 21.11.2019, after accepting statement made by learned counsel for petitioner that though application for cancellation of non bailable warrant is rejected, till that date, non bailable warrant was not executed. Therefore, it was ordered that until further orders, non bailable warrant should be executed.
Petitioner and his learned counsel are absent. That shows that they are not interested in contesting this writ petition. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order dated 21.11.2019 stands vacated.
