OF This application jointly filed by the appellants and respondents under Order 23 Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure for passing compromise decree.

The appellants and respondent are arrived at compromise and accordingly they have filed Terms of Compromise and signed on it, which is annexed with the application. Perused the Terms of Compromise. There are two Special Power of Attorneys executed between the parties.

The report was called from the Registrar (Judicial). The Registrar (Judicial) filed report that both parties are

Considering all these aspects, the application deserves to be allowed as prayed.

The Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. SECOND APPEAL NO. 66 of 2018 6.
In view of the compromise recorded in the Civil Application No.464 of 2024, the Second Appeal No. 66 of 2018 stands disposed of.

Compromise decree be drawn accordingly.
