2) The petitioners, who were appointed in the Revenue Department of the Nagpur Municipal Corporation after serving on various posts in the said Department, have now retired. They seek benefit of revised pay scale in terms of such relief granted to similarly situated employees. For that purpose, they have made various representations to the Municipal Commissioner. The last representation made by them is dated 27/3/2017. It is submitted that till date the aforesaid representation has not been adjudicated upon. 3) In these facts, the respondent is directed to take a decision on the representation dated 27/3/2017 in the matter of extending benefit of revised pay scale to the petitioners. If
2608wp1051.20 2/2 necessary, the respondent can seek presence of the petitioners while adjudicating the same. Necessary decision on the said representation be taken within a period of four weeks from receipt of copy of this order.
4) Keeping all points raised in the writ petition open, the writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Rule accordingly. No order as to costs.
