DATED : 10/10/2018 Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 104/2018 registered by the non-applicant against three persons (including the applicant) for the offences punishable under Section 420, Section 468 and Section 471 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail. At the outset, Shri T.A. Mirza, learned APP has pointed out that the applicant had earlier filed Criminal Application (ABA) No. 662/2018 seeking same relief and this application is disposed as withdrawn on 09/10/2018 (yesterday). The learned APP has further pointed out that the applicant has filed the present application today and has suppressed the fact that Criminal Application (ABA) No. 662/2018 filed by him is disposed yesterday itself. Considering the conduct of the applicant, this application is dismissed.

2 aba721.18 The applicant shall pay costs of Rs. 10,000/- to the non-applicant/State and shall deposit further amount of Rs. 50,000/- with the High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur. The receipt showing payment/deposit shall be produced on record of this application within two weeks. It is directed that if the applicant moves any matter in future in connection with same crime, he shall file copy of this order alongwith the application that he would be filing.
