Learned Counsel for the petitioner has filed this application for speaking to the minutes of order dated 02/12/2015.

In paragraph-4, after the last sentence, following sentence be added.

"In case the petitioner's claim of belonging to be a Nomadic Tribe is held to be valid, respondent Nos. 2 and 3 would reinstate the petitioner on the post occupied by him.
