12/01/ The present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing application for restoration of registration of Misc. Civil Application St. No.11463/2022. The delay of 100 days is caused due to inadvertent mistake of advocate. The application is supported by affidavit of Advocate.

As such delay in filing restoration application is hereby condoned subject to costs of Rs.1000/- be deposited to the High Court Bar Library, Nagpur within a week.

The application is disposed of accordingly.

MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO.21212/2022 The present application is filed for restoration of registration of Misc. Civil Application (St.)

2 5 cao 32-2023 No.11463/2022. It appears that by order of Registrar (Judicial) dated 18/08/2022, the registration of Misc. Civil Application was refused for want of removal of office objections. The application is supported by affidavit of Advocate.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The order dated 18/08/2022 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) is hereby set aside.

4.

The Registry is directed to restore the Misc. Civil Application St. No.11463/2022 on its original stamp number.

5.

After registration of Misc. Civil Application, learned Counsel to remove office objection within two weeks.
