By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition and modification of bail. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant. Perused the order passed by this Court. The applicant charge with the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the present applicant in the economic offence, the condition was imposed that he shall not leave the jurisdiction of Nagpur district without seeking prior permission of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagpur. At this stage, no ground is made out to relax or cancel the said condition, in view of
