ii) further be pleased to direct the Respondent No.4 to decide the application/representation of the Petitioner dated 05.06.2025 with immediate effect and further be pleased to denotify the agricultural land of the Petitioner from acquisition, in the interest of justice;

iii) Grant any other relief which may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and the circumstances of the case. 3.

Considering that, innocuous prayers have been made. The writ petition can be disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 05/06/2025 within the stipulated period.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 05/06/2025 within a period of six weeks from the date of furnishing a copy of this order to the respondent No.3.

Respondent No.3 is further directed to communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision.
