According to him, before the expiry of his mining lease, he has applied for renewal of same. He has brought our attention to the Challan dated 07.03.2025. He has also relied upon the judgment dated 15.06.2023 passed in Writ petition No.3604/2023.

According to him, his grievance would be readdressed if the respondents/authorities are directed to consider his renewal application in the light of order passed in Writ Petition No.3249/2020.

In that view of the matter, we direct respondents/authorities to consider request of the petitioner for renewal of lease in the light of order dated 15.09.2022 passed in Writ Petition No.3249/2020 within four weeks from today.
