DATED : NOVEMBER 29, 2019 It is revealed to this Court that during the pendency of the anticipatory bail application, the investigation is over and charge-sheet is already filed. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file an application for bail afresh before the Court below.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty to file an application afresh before the Court below on or before 09.12.2019. This Court has already protected the applicant by interim order dated 14.11.2019, which shall be in operation till 12.12.2019. After expiry of the said period, the protection granted by this Court shall ceased to operate.
