These applications are seeking for condonation of delay of 294 days in filing application for restoration and for restoration of criminal application No. 996/2021 which was dismissed for want of compliance namely non-removal of office objection. It is applicant's contention that as she is unable to find relevant documents, she was not in position to remove office objections and to apply at the earliest. In original criminal application, notices were not issued, but for want of removal of office objection, it was dismissed by virtue of common order passed on 10.12.2022 3.

For the reasons stated above, delay stands condoned. Criminal application is restored on condition that the applicant shall deposit Rs. 5,000/- to the High

2 15appp2076.22 Court Bar Association, Nagpur within one week and to comply office objection within one week from the date of restoration.
