Considering peculiar set of facts, it would be proper to allow the application partly. Registry is therefore, directed to pay 75% amount on usual undertaking to the power of attorney holder respondent No.2 - Pravin Madhukarrao Tarale after due verification.

Application is partly allowed and disposed of. PURSIS ST. NO.4 OF 2024 1.

By this Pursis, learned advocate for the respondents pointed out that respondent No.1 - Nirmala Madhukar Taral is no more. Her legal representative is

25.fa.559.24.odt already on record. Therefore, it is necessary to delete her name by carrying out amendment.
