Considering the grievance, we direct the petitioner to file appropriate application for grant of expeditious disposal of the proceedings before the Family Court within a period of two weeks. After filing such application, the learned Judge of the Family Court is requested to decide it within a period of four weeks thereafter. 3.

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
