According to him, the admission fees under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (for short, "RTE Act") is not released in his favour though he is entitled.

Considering the fact that, the issue is still not decided by the respondent(s), we direct the respondent no. 1 to treat the present petition as a representation and decide it within a period of ten weeks from today.

The learned counsel for petitioner undertakes to produce a copy of this order along with a copy of the petition before the respondent no. 1, within a period of two weeks from today.
